Accurate product info: cards are written from the brand's own data
Shoppers trust what they read on the card: "is it leather, what is inside, is it warm enough for winter?" must be answered correctly there. Commbot builds the card text from the information on the brand's own page and checks every AI-written text against it; claims without evidence never reach the card.
AI writes fluent text but sometimes adds features the product does not have: it may call a padded jacket "for winter" or a faux-leather boot "genuine leather". Shoppers trust the claim and buy; when the product turns out different, they return it or ask questions. In Commbot the source of card information is the brand itself: the AI only puts that information into Russian, and a check done in code rejects any claim that is not in the source.
How it works
- The brand's own information is used: the product description and the part-by-part composition (outer, lining, sole, insole and so on) are read from the brand's page and become the basis of the card text.
- No machine translation: the brand's Turkish description is given to the AI as is, and the AI writes the Russian text; word-by-word translation can distort the meaning and give shoppers wrong information.
- Claims without evidence are rejected (since October 19): if the text claims winter or frost, a temperature, goose down, genuine leather, natural fur, wool, cashmere, silk, cotton, linen or waterproofing, the card's own information is checked for it; if it is not there, the text is rejected and rewritten. "Winter" passes only if the card's season is winter; a temperature is never written.
- Three checks: every new description passes code rules, this claim check and a second AI review before it goes to Ozon. Hashtags carrying an unproven claim are dropped too.
- The fallback text is factual too: if the AI text does not pass the checks, a product with composition data gets a short, exact text made of the product name and its part-by-part composition.
- No Russian name, no upload (since October 15): if the translation service is temporarily unavailable, the card is not sent to Ozon with a Turkish name; the product stays a draft and is retried on the next run, so your daily card quota is not wasted.
What it affects
- Description and hashtags: the card text contains only what the brand states; seasons, materials and features are not made up.
- Card characteristics: lining and sole materials for shoes are filled from the same part-by-part composition.
- Shopper questions: the answers to "is it leather, what is inside?" are on the card itself.
- Daily card quota: cards Ozon would reject for a non-Russian name are not sent, so they do not use up your quota.
Tips for better results
- Prefer products whose brand page has a detailed description and composition: the card text can only be as rich as its source.
- When you change a description with Commbot AI, the same check applies; a change that adds an unproven claim is not written.
- If a card does not reach Ozon right away, it may be waiting for its Russian name; it is retried automatically on the next run.
